Under Online Store, open Domains. The page is called Custom domain.

Type the address you own, such as shop.yourbrand.com, and choose Add domain.

Add the records at your domain company
Copy the TXT and CNAME records shown and add them where you bought the domain. They can take a little while to spread.

Verify
Back on Custom domain, choose Verify. Once it passes, your store answers on your domain and the security certificate is set up for you.
