Add a product

Go to Products and choose Add product

Open Products in the menu, then choose Add product at the top right.

Give it a title, description and photos

Type a Title and a Description. In Media, choose Upload new, or Select existing to pick from your Files. Images, videos and 3D models all work.

Set the price

Enter the Price. Add a Compare-at price to show a saving, and the Cost per item if you want profit in your reports.

Track stock

Tick Inventory tracked, then add the SKU, the Barcode and the quantity at each shop.

Step 5 of 6

Add options such as size

Under Variants, choose Add options like size or colour. Type the Option name, add each value, and choose Done. Every variant gets its own price, SKU and stock.

Extras such as an added shot or oat milk work best as modifiers, not variants.

Choose where it sells, then save

Set Status to Active, tick where it sells under Publishing (Online Store, Point of Sale, Kiosk, Signage), add a Category and Tags, then choose Save product.
