Open Inventory

Inventory lists every item with On hand, Held, Available and stock in each shop.

Open Adjust stock. Pick the Variant and Location, enter a Quantity such as -2, choose a Reason such as damaged, and choose Adjust.

Choose Counts, then Start a full count. Pick the shop and choose Open count. Count shelf by shelf and the differences are worked out for you.

Choose Transfers. Pick Send from and To, find items by SKU or name, and choose Create draft. Stock moves when the other shop receives it.
