Edit many products at once and import a spreadsheet

Select products and choose Bulk edit

On Products, tick the products you want, then choose Bulk edit. You get a grid like a spreadsheet.

Change cells, then save

Type straight into the cells. Set all fills a whole column with one value. Choose Save when you are done.

Use More actions for the rest

More actions can archive, delete, add or remove tags, take products off the online store, or change prices, category and tax for every selected product.

Import a CSV

On Products choose Import. Upload a CSV of up to 15 MB and choose Suggest columns to match your columns automatically.

Rows with the same name become variants of one product.

Check, then import

Review each column under Import as and choose Don't import for any you want to skip. Choose Check to find problems, then Import.
