Group products for your website with collections, and for reports and tax with categories.
Under Products in the menu, open Collections and choose Add collection.
Give it a Title. Under Products choose Manual to pick products one by one, or Smart to add every product that matches your conditions, such as a tag.
Tick Online Store under Publishing so shoppers can browse it, then choose Save.
Under Products, open Categories. Use Add category, Add brand and Add tax class, such as VAT at 5% for hot food.
