Open Marketing

Open Marketing in the menu. Propose campaigns suggests ideas from your sales, and RFM segments groups customers by how recently and often they buy.

Choose New campaign. Pick Email or SMS, choose the Segment, write the subject and message, and add a promotion code if you like.

Only customers who agreed to marketing receive campaigns.
