Run a promotion or discount code

Step 1 of 4

Open Promotions

Open Promotions in the menu and start a New promotion.

Step 2 of 4

Choose the kind of discount

Give it a Name and pick a type: Percent off, Amount off each unit, Buy X get Y free, Spend more save more, Free shipping, Amount off the order or Bundle.

Step 3 of 4

Add a code and choose where it works

Add a Coupon code, or leave it blank for an automatic discount. Set the dates, the Channel (everywhere, till only, online store only or KnockEats only) and a Use limit, then choose Create promotion.

Step 4 of 4

Share it with a link

Choose Copy link beside an active code. The link applies the code and lands the shopper in your store.
